AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $123.25 TO PAY
P. F. LANGLEY FOR WM AGE TO HIS 1955 CHEVROLET BY AN
EMPLOYEE OF THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there i&-hereby appropriated the sum of
One Hundred Twenty -Three Dollars-and Twenty -Five Cents
($123.25) to pay P. F. Langley for damage to his 1955 Chevrolet
by an employee of the Sanitation Department-of the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2.
That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's- warrant in the sum.
of $123.25, payable to P. F. Langley for said damages to his
automobile.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
