*Section 8. - — — — That parking an Cumberland
Street shall be limited to two (2) hours."
SECTION 2. In the parking meter are& on Cumberland Streets
the meter charge shall be one cent (1 #) for 12 miuntess five cents (50)
for an hoar and ten cents (100') for two hours.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed ands unless the provisions of this
ordinance are put into effect immediately for the proper policing of the
streets of the City of Little Rocks Arkansas., the public peaces health
and safety of the citizens will be adversely affected; therefore# an
emergency is hereby declared to wdsts and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
