BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
as amended;
SECTION 1. Section 9 of Ordinance No. 9006/is hereby
amended to establish the salary of the Assistant City
Engineer at Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350) a
month.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and the streets of Little
Rock being in a hazardous and unsafe condition and
the employment of an Assistant City Engineer being
necessary immediately to help remedy this situationf
lin ekergency.is hereby declared and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its passage and approval.
