ORDINANCE NO. 10,148
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 335 PIECES OF GRADE 1 LUMBER FOR USE OF BARRACKS
IN THE DUSTPROOFING STREET PROJECT AT A COST NOT TO
EXCEED $400.00, TO BE PAID FROM THE ROAD FUND FOR THE
STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 335 pieces of Grade 1 Lumber for use of barracks in the
dustproofing street project.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said lumber shall not exceed
the sum of $400.00, to be paid from the Road Fund for the
Street Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
