AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND LET A CONTRACT TO CONSTRUCT
PUBLIC REST ROOMS IN Ma.cARTHUR PARK, APPROPRIATING $5,000.00 FROM
THE PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIN® BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
requested to advertise, take bids for, and let a contract to construct
public rest rooms in MacArthur Park.
SECTION 2. That the sum of $5,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the
Park Development Fund for the purpose of constructing said rest rooms,
w hich will be a permanent improvement in the park.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance will be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
