AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE BIDS FOR SUITABLE HIGH- LIGHTT
GLASS FOR WINDOWS ON THE j0trH SIDE OF THE CITY HALL
BUILDING SO THAT THE STAIMY MAY BE PROPERLY ILLUMINATED
AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $250.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise and take bids for suitable high -light glass
for windows on the 164th side of the City Hall Building so that the
stairway may be properly illuminated.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said window glass shall not exceed
the am of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
