AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE SECRETARIAL DESK 2E SECRETARIAL CHAIR,
TWO FLEXON DESK LAMPS, AND WO'WASTE PAPER BASKET#
FOR USE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE IN THE CITY
HALL AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $370.00, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
the following furniture and equipment for use of the.City Attor-
ney's Office in the City Hall:
1 Steelcase Secretarial Desk #15025, 30 "X60"
1 Steelcase Secretarial Chair #C75 with Foam Rubber Seat
2 Flexon General Arm Desk Lamps with Gray Base
1 Waste Paper Basket.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said office furniture and
equipment shall not exceed the sum of Three Hundred Seventy
($370.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
