AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE RECORDAK FILM READER MPE #3835 FOR USE OF
THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AT THE CITY HALL AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $370.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one Recordak Film Reader MPE #3835 for use of the City Attorney's
Office at the City Hall.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Recordak Film Reader
shall not exceed the sum of Three Hundred Seventy ($370.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
