AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 16 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND BRACKETS FOR MOTOR
CYCLES FOR USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT
AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $160.00, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE -CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
16 Fire Extinguishers and Brackets for motor cycles for use of
the Little Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said fire extinguishers and
brackets shall not exceed the sum of One Hundred Sixty ($160.00)
Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
