AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE PRE - FABRICATED CONCRETE AND STEEL BRIDGE
30 FEET WIDE TO BE PLACED ACROSS COLEMAN CREEK ON
28TH STREET BETWEEN SOUTH FILMORE AND HAYES STREETS,
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one pre- fabricated concrete and steel bridge 30 feet
wide to be placed across Coleman Creek on 28th Street between
South Filmore and Hayes Streets.

SECTION 70.- That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
