AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PHOPERTY BOUNDED GINNUUT
BY APPIANWAY STREET, ALLEY BETWEEN WEST NINTH AND WEST
TENTH STREETS, THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD AND WEST
TWELFTH STREET, HOOTS'AND COY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ATMANSASs
SECTION 1. That the property bounded generally by Appway
Street, alley between West Ninth and West Tenth Streets, the
Missouri Pacific Railroad and West Twelfth Street, Roots and Coyle
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; being the south
half of Block Six (6); Lots One (1) through Your (4) and Lots
Eight (8) through Fourteen (14), Block Ten (10); and Lots One (1)
through Five (5) and Lots Eight (8) through Eleven (11), Block
Thirteen (13); all in Boots and Coyle Addition to the City of
Little Book, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned "B" Resi-
dence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby declared to be in "JN Light Industrial District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
