AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 10,213 IN ITS ENTIRETY
AND AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006, AS AMENDED,
CREATING A POSITION OF CLERK - STENOGRAPHER IN THE MILK AND
DAIRY DIVISION OF THE LITTLE ROCK HEALTH DEPARTMENT, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF.LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
StCTION 1 That Ordinance No. 10,213 be entirely repealed, and that there
hereby be created a position of Clerk- Stenographer in the Milk and Dairy Division
of the Little Rock Health Department.
SECTION 2. That the Milk and Dairy Division of Section 11 of Ordinance
No. 9006, as amended, is hereby amended in part by adding the following position
and shall read as follows:

SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immed-
