AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED NINETY-
NINE AND-80 /100 DOLLARS ($399.80) FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING
THE EARNED PREMIUM ON INSURANCE COVERING CITY PROPERTY ON
BINDERS FROM MAY 19 1956 THRU JULY 91 19569 AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS*-
SECTION 1. That the sum of $399.80 is hereby
appropriated for the purpose of paying the earned preimum
on insurance covering City property on 35 binders from May 1,
1956 thru July 9, 1956.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk shall issue
the City's warrants to pay these binders.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately after its passage
and approval.
