AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $28,191.65 TO
PAY ARTIE GREGORY CONTRACTOR, INC. FOR THE PAVING
OF WEST MARKHAM STREET, SAID SUM TO BE PAID FROM THE
AUTO AND/OKA ME D ROAD FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Twenty -Eight Thousand One Hundred Ninety -One Dollars and Sixty-
Five Cents ($28,191.65) to pay Artie Gregory Contractor, Inc.
for the paving of West Markham Street.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum
of $28,191.65, to be paid from the Auto 14RPQQMXF5W and /or Road Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
