AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MILK AND DAIRY DIVISION
OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO INCUR THE NECESSARY COSTS
AND PROVIDE THE FUNDS THEREFOR W ENLARGE THE FLOOR
AREA OF THE MILK LABORATORY; ALSO ITS OFFICE SPACE AT
ITS PRESENT LOCATION AT 701 NEST k*XH&A STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Milk and Dairy Division of the
Health Department is hereby authorized to increase
the floor area of the milk laboratory and the floor
area of the offices at its present address and to in-
cur all remodeling and repair costs.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated a sum
not to exceed $500.00 to cover the costs of the mat-
erials necessary for the remodeling and repairs autnor-
ized by Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby -k repealed.
