ORDINANCE NO. 100 25 �
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE FOR THE MILK AND DAIRY DIVISION OF THE CITY
HEALTH DEPARTMENT, FIVE (5) DOZEN PETRI DISHES, CUL-
TURE BOXES, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($500), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take
bids fmr and purchase for the Milk and Dairy Division
of the City Health Department five (5) dozen petri
dishes, culture boxes, at a cost not to exceed $500.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
