AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE CHLORINE FOR THE CURRAN CONWAY MUNICIPAL SWDZIING
POOL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase thirty -five 150-lb cylinders of liquid chlorine to be
used at the Curran Conway Municipal Swimming Pool.
SECTION 2. The cost of said chlorine shall not exceed
$700.00, which is hereby appropriated from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance will
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
