AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL OF BLOCK ONE (1) EXCEPT LOTS
ELLVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12), RIFFEL & RHOTONIS FOREST PARK
HIGHLANDS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND
THE WEST 801.OF THE NORTH 155' OF BLOCK FIVE N. PLUNKETT'S
SUBDIVISION OF FOREST PARR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS MENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "A" One - family District to "F" Com-
mercial District: South side of Highway #10 and north side of Kentucky
Itenub between Georgia and Florida Streets and the SE corner of Florida
Street and Highway #10, being all of Block One (1) except Lots Eleven
(11) and Twelve (12), Riffel & Rhoton's Forest Park Highlands Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the west 80' of the North 155'
of Block Five (5), Plunkett's Subdivision of Forest Park Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
