ORDINANCE N0. 10, 261
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TEN (10), ELEVEN (11), AND
TWELVE (12), BLOCK TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX (286), ORIGINAL
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS] AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and it is hereby, changed from "D" Apartment District to "F" Com-
mercial District: SW corner Ringo and West 10th Streets, being 1008
Ringo Street and 1101 -09 -11 West 10th Street, and being Lots Ten (10),
Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), Block Two hundred eighty -six, Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 an amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
f Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
