AT THE SOUTH END, OR WEST 21ST STREET, TO THE EXISTING M VENENT',
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3939 be amended to a1law
the pwposed paving of the 2000 block on South Van Buren Street
to tie in at the south end, or West 21st Street to the existing
pavement which is located approximately ten feet to the east.
The width of the purposed street shall conform to Ordinance
3939, and the north end of it shall be located in the center
of the right -of —way.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately from and after
its passage and approval.
