AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE SUM OF TWENTY -
FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00) FROM THE PARKING METER
FUND TO THE ROAD FUND FOR USE IN THE STREET DEPARTMENT; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the sum of Twenty -Five Thousand Dollars,
($25,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
authorized for transfer from the Parking Meter Fund for deposit in the
Road Fund of the City of Little Rock to carry on the functions of the
Street Department of the City.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the City's Warrant or Warrants for the purposes herein, to be
drawn on the Parking Meter Fund payable to and to be deposited in the
Road Fund of the City.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
