OUT OF THE GENERAL FUIdD TO PAY THE LITTLE ROCK
MUNICIPAL ?^EATER WORKS FOR ONE HALF OF OVER TLAE
PAY REQUIRED TO PLACE GARBAGE CFARGES ON THE
WATER RECORDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of One Thousand One Hundred Twenty
Nine Dollars and Seventy Five Cents (;1,129.75) is hereby appropriated out
of the General Fund to pay the Little Rock 1.Iunicipal Water Works for setting
up garbage charges on their records. This sum will be fifty percent (500)
of the total costd
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed
to issue Little Rock City Warrant in the sum of One Thousand One Hundred
Twenty Nine Dollars and Seventy Five Cents (4 ?11129.75) payable to the Little
Rock Municipal Water Works.
SECTIOP; 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
