AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUFI OF $500.00
OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND TO PAY FOR SEWER AND
GAS PIPE AND ONE 1000 GALLON GASOLINE STORAGE
TANK FOR THE GARBAGE AND SANITATION DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Five Hundred 05500.00) Dollars is
hereby appropriated out of the General Fund to pay for approximately eight

undred (800 1) lineal feet of six (611) inch sewer pipe, four hundred (400 1)
feet of two (211) inch gas pipe, and one one thousand (1000) gallon gasoline
storage tank to be used at the new Garbage and Sanitation Department garage.

SECTION 2,. The Board a Public Affairs is hereby requested
to advertise and purchase according to law these items.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage an(? approval.
