All ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF X73.88
OUT OF THE GARBAGE PL0T CONSTRUCTION FUND TO
PAY THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL WATER WORKS FOR
THE OUT -OF- POCKET EXPENSE INCURRED IN DIGGING
.A DITCH FOR 211 WATER LINE APPROXIttATELY 9001,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby in-
structed to issue City Warrant in the amount of Seventy Three Dollars
and Eighty Eight Cents ($73.88) to pay the Little Rock Municipal Water
Works for out-of-pocket expense incurred by digging a ditch for two inch
(2t1) water line approximately nine hundred feet (9001).
SECTION 2. The sum of Seventy Three Dollars and Eighty
Eight Cents ($73.88) is hereby appropriated out of the Garbage Plant
Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
