AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND CON-
TRACT FOR A NEW ROOF FOR THE LITTLE ROCK HEALTH BUILD-
ING, MARKHAM & GAINES STREET, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED
$12500.003, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby au-
thorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and contract
for a new roof for the Little Rock Health Building, Markham and
Gaines Street.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said roof shall not exceed the
sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
