AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE, TAKt BIDS FOR, AND ENTER INTO A CONTRACT TO
PURCHASE LIGHT BULBS AS THEY i1.AY BE NEEDED BY THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, FROG: SEPTEMBER 8, 1956, TO SEPTEA,BER 8,
1957, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized to advertise, take bids for, and enter
into a contract to purchase one year's supply of light
bulbs as they may be needed by the City of Little Rock,
from September 8, 1956 to September 8, 1957.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
