AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF NINETEEN THOUSAND,
SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($19,635.) TO PAY AS
FOLLOWS: $14,690. TO COLLIE INCORPORATED, $645. TO PRICE AND
FEWELL, AND $4,300. TO GOFF AND VAIL, SAID MONEY HERETCFCRE
HAVING BEEN APPROPRIATED FROM THE PARK DEVELOPMENT "UND BY
ORDINANCE NO. 1O,3O6`AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the payment of $19,635. shall be paid for the
construction of a Club House at the Rebsamen Park Golf Course to
firms hereinafter listed who successfully bid on said job and received
the contract for said work. That said money shall be paid out of the
Park Development Fund from which it has heretofore been appropriated
by Ordinance No. 10,306.
SCETION 2. That said $19,635. shall be paid to the firms hereinafter
listed in the amount of money listed opposite their names as they complete
their work with periodic payments as per contract,
General Contractor
Collie Incorporated $14,690.
Electrical Contractor
Price and Fewell $ 645.
Plumbing & Mechanical Contractor
Goff and Vail 14,300,
$19,635.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
