AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING
THE DEDICATION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS OF CERTAIN LANDS FOR
USE AS A PUBLIC STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas has dedicated, for the purpose of widening a public street
known as Wright Avenue, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and of
establishing, constructing and maintaining said street thereon for use
by the general public, the following described lands;
The South thirty (30) feet of Block 318 of the
Original Ctty of Little Rock, and the South
thirty (30) feet of Block 317 of the Original
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
and
Section 2. WHEREAS, Wright Avenue has already been widened to
include the above.-described lands, and said dedication should be con-
firmed and accepted as required by Arkansas Statutes (1947) Section
19 -3802;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
acting through this City Council, does hereby accept and confirm the
dedication to it by the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock of
the above - described lands, and that said lands be and are hereby included
within the street right.-of.-way and boundaries of Wright Avenue.
