ORDINANCE NO. 10 7
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PARCELS IN AN AREA
BOUNDED GENERALLY BY ROOSEVELT ROAD ON THE NORTH, BROAD-
WAY ON THE EAST, THIRTY - SECOND STREET ON THE SOUTH AND
THE ALLEY BETWEEN CHESTER AND IZARD STREETS ON THE WEST,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "B" Residence District, "C" Two -
Family District, "D" Apartment District, and "G" Commercial District,
to "C" Two- Family District:
Lots One (1) through Ten (10) and the south twenty -five (25) feet
of Lot Eleven (11), Block One (1), Lots One (1) through Six (6) and
Lots Nine (9) through Twelve (12), Block Three (3), Lots One (1) through
Nine (9), Block Seventeen (17), the west one -half of Block Four (4), the
east one -half of Blocks Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Twenty (20), Thirty
(30), Thirty -one (31) and Thirty -two (32), and all of Blocks Two (2),
Five (5), Six (6), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen
(16), Eighteen (18), and Nineteen (19), Kimball's South Park Addition;
and the east one -half of Block Eight (8), Ebendale Addition;
and Lots Three (3) through Twelve (12), Block Two (2) and all of
Block Three (3), Retan's Addition;
and Lots Seven (7) through Eleven (11), Block One (1), C. E.
Ferguson Is Addition;
and a tract fronting on Arch Street extending 150 feet easterly to
the centerline of the block between Arch Street and Broadway, bounded on
the north by Retan's Addition and on the south by the present "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5420
as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
