k ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT HAYES AND "L"
STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS VENDED; ArdD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from "F" Commercial District
to "A" One - family District: Property at Hayes and "L" Streets,
being the zone shown on the original zoning map at the four corners
of the intersection of Hayes Street and "L" Street and its extension
eastward, more particularly described as property on both sides of
Hayes Street for a depth of approximately 164' from the centerline
thereof and on both sides of "L" Street and "L" Street extended east -
wardly for a depth of approximately 164' from the centerline thereof,
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance,
No. 5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled " District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
