AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS SEVEN (7), EIGHT (8), NINE
(9), AND TEN (10) AND THE EAST TWO - THIRDS (2/3) OF LOTS FOUR
(4), FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13); AND THE WEST
ONE -HALF (1/2� OF BLOCK TWELVE (12), CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; LMMIDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "C" Two- family District to "J"
Light Industrial District: Property from 8th •t* 10th Streets between
Rice and Thayer Streets, being lots seven (7), eight (8), nine (9),
and ten (10) and the east two - thirds (2/3) of lots four (4), five (5),
and six (6), block thirteen (13); and the west one -half (1/2) of block
twelve (12), Capitol Hill Extension Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
