AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS TEN (10), ELEVEN (11), AND
TWELVE (12), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED TWELVE (412), CO?,TTONIS SUB-
DIVISION; LOTS TEN (10), ELEVEN (11), AND TWELVE (12) AFD
THE EAST TWO- THIRDS (2/3) OF LOTS SEVEN (7), EIGHT (8�, AND
NINE (9), BLOCK ONE (1), FITZGERALD'S ADDITION AND LOTS FOUR
(4), FIVE (5), AND SIR (6), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED FOUR (404),
LINCOLN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "C" Two - family, "D" Apartment, "F"
Commercial, and "I" Light Industrial Districts to "H" Business District:
Property along High Street between 8th and 10th Streets, being lots ten
(10), eleven (11), and twelve (12), block four hundred twelve (412),
Compton's Subdivision; lots ten (10), eleven (11), and twelve (12), and
the east two - thirds (2/3) of lots seven (7), eight (8), and nine (9),
block one (1), Fitzgerald's Addition and lots four (4), five (5), and
six (6), block four hundred four (404), Lincolnts Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No.
5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof entitled
"District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
