AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FOUR (4) THROUGH ELEVEN (11)
IN EACH OF BLOCKS NINE (9),.TWENTY FOUR(24), AND TWENTY -FINS,
(25), BATMAN'S SUBDIVISION OF CHERRY AND COX ADDITION AND LOTS
EIGHT (8), NINE (9), AND TEA (10), of THE REPLAT OF SOUTH ONE -
HALF OF BLOCK EIGHT (8), BATEM IS (BAnW'S) SUBDIVISION OF
CHERRY AND COX ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AND PROPERTY BEING BOUNDED ON THE WEST BY HATES STREET, ON THE
NORTH BY WEST TWELFTH STREET, AND ON THE SOUTH AND EAST BY LOTS
WANT ($) THROUGH SEVENTEEN.(17), BLOCK "A", OAK FOREST GARDENS
AN= TO THE CITY OF LITTLE HOCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 54M AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "A" One- family District to "F" Com-
mercial Districts East side of Hayes Street between 16th and 20th Streets,
being Lots Four (4) through Eleven (11) in each of Blocks Nine (9), Twenty-
four (24), and Twenty -five (25), Batman's Subdivision of Cherry and Cox
Addition, and Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), And Ten (10) of the replat of
south one -half of Block Eight (8), Bateman Ia (Batman's) Subdivision of
Cherry and Cox Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby, changed from "A" One - family District to "F" Cox -
mercial District: SE corner of Hayes and West Twelfth Streets , being
property bounded on the west by Hayes Street, on the north by West Twelfth
Street, and on the south and east by Lots Eight (8) through Seventeen (17),
Block "A ", Oak Forest Gardens Annex to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 54M
as amended and the map referred to is Section 2 thereof entitled "District
Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sections-.'l
and 2 hereof.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
