10338ORDINANCE NO. 10,338 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ANY AND ALL SUMS OF MONEY NEEDED TO DEFRAY LITTLE ROCK'S SHARE OF THE EXPENSE AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE PULASKI COUNTY ELECTION BOARD FOR AN ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 6, 1956, WHICH ELECTION AMONG OTHER THINGS SHALL DETERMINE THE QUESTION OF WHETHER LITTLE ROCK SHALL OR SHALL NOT HAVE A CITY MANAGER FORM OF GOVERNMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK-9 ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That any and all sums of money needed to defray Little Rock's share of the expense as deemed necessary by the Pulaski County Election Board for conducting an election to be held November 6, 1956, which election among other things, shall determine the question of whether Little Rock shall or shall not have a City Manager form of government, are hereby appropriated. SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict- herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
