AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE
ONE STAINLESS STEEL TANK FOR USE OF THE ,POLICE DEPARTI',,;ENT
OF THE CITY Of LITTLE ROCK, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED THE
SUb OF THREE HUNDRED, SEVENTY EIGHT DOLLARS ($378.00),
AND FOR OTHEh PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and pur-
chase one Stainless Steel Tank for use of the Police Department
of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Stainless Steel Tank
shall not exceed the sum of Three Hundred, Seventy Eight
Dollars, 0378.00).
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
