STORAGE OF VEHICLES PROVIDED FOR IN A CONTRACT v4iTH
THAT FIRM , AND FOR OTHER PUR.�OSES.
vVhEREAS, A contract was entered into between the City of
Little Rock and Leonard Ellis 'arecker Service on iv;ay 10, 1954
for the towing and storage of vehicles picked up on the streets
of the City of Little Rock, and
4HEREAS, Twenty -Seven (27) vehicles were sold at an auction
on October 13, 1956 settling for a total of One Thousand, Thirty -
t=our Dollars (x1,034.00) which amounts less the cost of advertis-
ing for said sale, the sum of Twenty -Six Dollars and Sixty Cents
(:)26.60) leaving a balance due of One Thousand, Seven Dollars
and Forty Cents (x1,007.40).
NOvV THERF_fQhE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
One Thousand, Seven Dollars and Forty Cents (x1,007.40) to be
paid to Leonard Ellis 4recker Service for the towing and storage
of vehicles as provided for in a contract by and between said
Firm and the Board of Public Affairs of the City of Little Rock.
SEC "LION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
