TRASH HAULERS, PROVIDING THAT SAID CONTRACT COWv,ERCIAL
TRASH HAULERS CAN DUi,P THEIR LOADS ON THE CITY SANITARY
LAND FILLS AT THE SUb, OF THIRTY -FIVE CENTS, (35¢) PER
LOAD, AND PROVIDING THAT ALL PAYbv ENTS BE N ADE MONTHLY
AT THE END OF EACH iv:ONTH, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to enter into a Contract on behalf
of the City of Little Rock with Mr. Robert Asquith doing business
as The Contract Commercial Trash Haulers, allowing him to dis-
charge any loads of trash at the City Sanitary Land Fills at
the sum of thirty -five cents (35f) per load. That payment shall
be made monthly at the end of each month.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect as of September 1, 1956.
