AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,760.94 FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
FUND; $197.70 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND; $73.88
FROM THE GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $7,760.94 from
the Highway Construction Fund; $197.70 from the Fire Department Construction
Fund; $73.88 from the Garbage Plant Construction Fund, for the following payment
to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Big Rock Stone & Material Company $7,260,94
Mark G. Garver 500.00
$7,760.94
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Arkansas Power & Light Company $ 197.70
GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Little Rock Municipal Waterworks $ 73.88
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts
mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance: shall be in full force and take effect
from and after its passage and approval.
