AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING ORDINANCE NO. 8623 BY PROVIDING
THAT LOTS ONE (1), -TWO (2), AND THREE (3) AND THE NEST
FIFTY (50) FEET OF LOTS FOUR (4), FIVE (5), AND SIX (6)
BLOCK THIRTEEN (13)', CAPITOL HILL EXTENSION ADDITIONv
BEING 801 THROUGH 809 THAYER STREET AND 2421 MARYLAND
BE SHOWN ON THE ZONING 1�1AP OF THE CITY -WHICH IS 5420
AS ZONED "J" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT AS OF I'uIARCH 26,
1951.
WHEREAS, Lots one (1), two (2), and three (3), and the
West fifty (50) feet of lots four (4), five (5), and six (6),
Block thirteen (13), of Capitol Hill Extension Addition being
801 through 809 Thayer Street and 2421 iviaryland were zoned as
"J" Light Industrial District by Ordinance 8623 as of Iviargln:r26,
1951, and,
WHEREAS, It is desired that said Ordinance be corrected
to reflect the zoning of said lots by legal description as well
as by street address, therefore,
NOW, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 8623 is hereby corrected to
show Ordinance No. 5420 and the map thereto appended, corrected
to reflect lots one (1), two (2), and three (3), and the West
fifty (50) feet of lots four (4), five (5), and six (6), Block
thirteen (13), Capitol Hill Extension Addition being 801 through
809 Thayer Street and 2421 Maryland Street, zoned "J" Light
Industrial District as of March 26, 1951.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
