AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE! TAKE BIDS FOR, AND LET A CONTRACT FOR REPAIRING THE
FRONT WALL OF THE CITY JAIL' AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $600.00} AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and let a
contract for repairing the front wall of the City Jail.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said repairing of front wall
shall not exceed the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600,00), said
sum to be paid from the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
