AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING TRACT BOUNDED ON NORTH BY
WEST 30TH STREET EXTENDED, ON THE EAST BY MARTIN STREET,
ON THE SOUTH BY THE CITY.LIMITS AND ON THE WEST BY
VALENTINE STREET IN THE CITY.OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5429 AS AHMED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from t`B`! Residence
District to "K" Heavy Industrial District: Tract bounded on
north by West 30th Street extended, on the east by Martin
Street, on the south by the City limits and on the west by
Valentine Street.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2
thereof entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended
to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and desig-
nate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
