AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTH SIDE OF STONEWALL
BETWEEN TAYLOR AND HAYES STREETS, BEING LOTS ONE HUNDRED
THIRTY -SIX (136) THROUGH ONE HUNDRED FORTY -SEVEN (147)
FOREST HEIGHTS PLACE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from !'F ".-Commercial.:
District to "A" One - family District: South side Stonewall
between Taylor and Hayes Streets, being lots one hundred
thirty -six (136) through one hundred forty -seven (147), Forest
Heights Place in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
