AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE NW CORNER OF WRIGHT AVENUE
AND MARSHALL STREET, BEING LOTS ELEVEN (11), TWELVE (12),
THIRTEEN (13), AND FOURTEEN (14), BLOCK FORTY -ONE (41),
CENTENNIAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AN END ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from "C" Two - family
Distfict..to.!'F" Commercial District: NW corner of Wright
Avenue and Marshall Street, being Lots eleven (11), twelve
(12), thirteen (13), and fourteen (14), Block forty -one, (41)
Centennial Addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended and the map referred to in Section 2 thereof
entitled "District Map" be, and they are hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
