AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL FOR THE
USE OF THE CITY HOSPITAL FROM JANUARY 5, 1957 TO MARCH
1, 1957, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
MAKE A NOTATION ON THE PRESENT LEASE AGREEMENT OF THE
FACT OF SAID EXTENSION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lease agreement between the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and the Arkansas Children's Hospital is
hereby extended from January 5, 1957 until-'-March 1, 1957.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to endorse on said lease agreement a
notation to the effect that it has been extended by the City
on the same terms as provided in the contract from January 5,
1957 until March 1, 1957.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and pacts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
