AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SALARY RANGE FOR THE POSITION
OF VETERINARIAN AMID DIRECTOR OF INSPECTIONS; AND CERTAIN
EMPLOYEES OF THE MILK AND DAIRY DIVISION OF THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the salary range for the position of
Veterinarian and Director of Inspections shall be as follows:

SECTION 2. The annual salaries of the following employees
of the Milk and Dairy Division of the City Health Department of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby fixed and established
as follows:

SECTION 3. The present employees serving in the above
categories will draw the pay scale according to the number of
years they have served in their respective positions. Those who
have not served two years will automatically change classifications
as their years of service change.
SECTION 4. The pay scale as established above will be effective
as of January 1, 1957.

SECTION 5. That the employees covered by the provisions
of this ordinance shall be paid according to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 9436.
SECTION 6. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect as of January 1, 1957.
