10381ORDINANCE NO. 10.381 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $246.29 TO PAY THE CITYIS SHARE OF THE COSTS ON ADVERTISING OF THE THREE -MILL ROAD TAX VOTED ON IN THE GENERAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 6, 1956; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. • BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Hundred and Forty -Six Dollars and Twenty -nine Cents ($246.29) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the City of Little Rock to cover the city +s share of the costs of advertising of the Three -Mill Road Tax voted on in the General Election on November 6, 1956. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue the Cityts Warrant or Warrants to the proper parties in payment of said advertising expenses.
