AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE NECESSARY
MATERIALS FOR CCGIPLETION OF GARAGE BUILDING AT THE CITY
MATERIAL YARD, AT A SUNS NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY -FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($2500.00) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase necessary materials for completion of garage building at
the City material Yard, at a sum.not to exceed Twenty -Five
Hundred Dollars ($2500.00).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
