AN ORDINANCE REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO EN:PLOY A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT TO AUDIT
THE BOOKS OF THE CITIZEN'S COACH COMPANY AND REPORT BACK
TO THE COUNCIL ON OR BEFORE THE SEVENTH OF JANUARY, 1957,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION. That the Board Of Public Affairs is hereby
requested and authorized to employ a certified public accountant
to audit the books of the Citizen's Coach Company and report
back to the Council on or before January 7, 1957.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
