ORDINANCE NO. 10, 385
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD CF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE
CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE REBSAMEN PARK GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE,
APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY 1•70NEY FROM THE PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND
FOR PAYMENT OF SAM ITEM, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT Oi.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT`T'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION &, That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase the following
items for the Rebsamen Park Golf Course C1ubHouse:
1 Septic Tank
9 lengths of 12 inch galvanized pipe
SECTION 2,. That the money for payment of the above items shall
be taken from the Park Development Fund.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
