AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUC-
TION FUND; $9.82 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND;
$3,998.95 FROM THE PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum ofR.,,...T �7

from the Highway Construction Fund; $9.82 from the Fire Department Con-
struction Fund; and $3,998.95 from the Park Development Fund, for the
following payment, to -wit:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the Cityts warrants to the parties named, in the amounts
mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.

from and after its passage and approval.
